Does anyone know what all regular blood tests check for?

I didn't have the harmony test done or anything like that. But I had my blood taken about two weeks ago and everything came back normal except for my vitamin D levels. She didn't tell me what all it checked other than she mentioned "the cystic fibrosis came back normal" but they took like 8 or 9 vials. Does anyone know what all these tests typically screen for besides iron levels, vitamin d, and apparently cystic fibrosis?
