Mirena
So I use the IUD called the Mirena for birth control and I SWEAR by it!! Matter of fact I am on my second one. I some times spot but it doesn't seem to be a predicable cycle. Does anyone else experience this. I mean I know it can slow down or completly stop your cycle but I would like to have some kind of time frame.
