Peak and high on OPK??

I am really confused on the difference between peak and high on my opk? I take the one with the smiley faces. Also, do we BD during high or peak to get a BFP?? Thanks for the help!!

Ideally you BD during both flashing and solid smiley - at least every other day during flashing.

If you have high fertility (the flashing smiley) then your estrogen level is rising and you will (or should) ovulate in the next day or so. When you get the smiley that doesn't blink, LH has been detected and you are ovulating.

The way I've had it explained is the flashing faces is you can get a head start and the solid smiley is GO GO GO!! ☺️
