preg test

so my cycle has been off the wall this month and I was curious if anyone could help me decide if I need to take a preg test. I miscarried at 10 weeks July and somehow I decided to take bc (Camilla pill, I know this threw my cycle off) in September period was 21-23 spotted everyday until 28-30 spotted and still had intercourse stop spotted after like 2 weeks. my period isn't suppose to come until 1 week, should I hold off to see if I get my period.
