Initial BFP
AF due today. No sign of her, so I said I might as well test first thing in the morning. Second blue line came up immediately! 
What's up with the half complete control line? It's a first response type test (CVS brand) and only a few months old. Has been sealed and untouched since I bought it. I followed the directions exactly. Will test again tomorrow, but yay!
