IVF prep advice..?

Hi! TTC for 3+ years, 36yrs old, trying for baby #1
​Failed iui, low morphology.. Starting IFV. Take BC this month as first step.. Wondering anything I should do or advice for getting ready for IVF? Any tips or advice I would love. Thx

Hi ladies. I tried to eat really healthy while on the meds. I felt my body needed the extra good nutrition to aid the meds and I wanted to limit the side effects I had. I don't know if this made a change but I had very few side effects. I also did a cleanse the week prior to starting to clean out my system. Good luck!

I'm interested in this too - currently on BC, starting stimms in 2 weeks.  I'm trying to make my body as healthy as possible in advance - yoga, walking, limiting alcohol and caffeine, eating lots of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, etc.  Not sure if there's anything else to do...
