What do you think??

Question

My husband and I really like the name Mitchell if our baby is a boy. We would call him Mitch for short. I am having second thoughts because I'm worried that people at school will call him the B word or that I will call his name in public and people will think I'm calling him the B word since its so close to Mitch.  Do you guys think it will be a problem? Baby names are so hard to decide on!  Thanks in advance!

Love the name and I don't think anyone will confuse Mitch for the B word. I say go for it💞

I grew up with a Mitchell. As far as I know, no one ever called him that! It's a good, strong name. :)

I bags a good friend named Mitch in middle school. Never heard anyone call him that nor did I ever think of it! It's a classic name, I think you're good. Everyone can be made fun of, but with classic, "normal" names I think it's less likely.
