'The Secret'

I don't know if this will help anyone, but when I was 16 I had a still birth and lost both my twins. My boyfriend at the time mom gave me a book called 'the secret' surprisingly it helped me then. Now I'm 2 months pp and feeling like I'm losing all control. Post partum is really kicking my ass. I've began reading this book again, in hopes that it'll get me out of this dark mind set. Maybe it is worth a shot for some of you other hopeful ladies.
