I have a question! (Birth control/etc.)

So I'm on birth control, and have been for many months now. Lately I've been under a lot of stress and so right now I'm a little late on my period. I'm a virgin and have never had sex before, but if I was to do so, being on birth control, and using a condom, can I get pregnant? Reminding you that I am supposed to be on my period, but since it's not here, if I was to have sex, are the chances any different?
