Immediate input please!

So around 12 hours ago i woke up with contraction like cramps and called my doctor and she said drink water put ny feet up and take a benadryl. So i did. They stopped for a couple hours and i had intercourse thinking i was fine now they have returned but with lower back pain and bright red blood when i wipe. I feel sick to my stomach extemely tired and dizzy. Any suggestions? Im waiting on a call back from dr.
