Allergic reation

So I want to the doctor for my itchy rash and found out that the baby is changing my immune system and is causing me to be allergic to something that I wasn't to before... doctor also said that with this happening my baby once born might also have the same allergies... we are thinking it's dairy products... cutting it out of my deit to see if it helps!!! Anyone else having this same issue???
