Prayers please

I was estimated to be due October 1st according to my LMP. Today I had my check up and they did an early ultrasound but all it showed was a small gestational sac. As of right now it could be one of two things I am either not as far along as I thought or I miscarried. I will find out in a week I'm asking for prayers that my miracle baby show up if you could take a moment to say a little prayer for my baby please.
