Yep I take them. When I had morning sickness, I took them at nighttime. Then when I started having nighttime acid reflux I switched to morning. Now I am taking them midday because my gag reflex is super active both in the morning and at night. 🙄 They are huge pills, but there is a smaller version that you can take 3x a day if you prefer.
