Nausea but no vomit

Hi guys I am going for 1st doc appointment tomorrow. 3 days now that I am suffering with nausea but no vomit. Gets to that point but nothing comes out, feeling little bit dizzy but despising the smell of boerewors and chicken ( realized that last night) still don't know exactly how far I am but according to my app I should be now 7 weeks... How do I know more or less what I am carrying? Gender ? One of my very good friends have 2 girls and she never had morning sickness at all. But it obviously deferes from woman to woman.
