How to politely ask people to have their flu shot!

I am due during flu season, and my doctor has stated a few times to my husband and I that anyone who wishes to hold the baby needs to have gotten their flu shot. I don't know how to politely broach this subject with our family and friends! Any ideas? Thanks!
