Does anyone....?

Does anyone ever wonder why they love their SO....? I can't take this feeling anymore.... I love him. But I don't know why anymore.....I feel like he doesn't know anything about me. And he doesn't really care anymore. I really thought he was the one. But why can't I just love him and know why? This isn't right.
