Anxiety numbness/tingling

I have terrible anxiety, especially when it comes to health related issues. Anyways, last night I was up all night because of a tingling needles and pin-like sensations in both my arms/hands and both legs (from knee down). Looking online, it doesn't seem like a pinched nerve or anything, especially since it's on all limbs on both sides.... I'm 99% sure it's an anxiety/panic attack issue. Dies anyone else with anxiety go through this?
