Possible miscarriage?

I've been taking bc for the last few months and had no problems. Since last Thursday I've been having on and off bleeding. Last night I passed what looked like a huge clot. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Is it possible I had a miscarriage?

Only if you had a positive pregnancy test to begin with and then started bleeding and passing clots. I passed ALOT of clots during my miscarriage including one that I am positive was the yolk sac that my baby was growing in. And it took me 10 days from the date of the miscarriage to get a negative pregnancy test result.
