Diarrhea very early sign of pregnancy? TMI

Sorry for the gross question, but I've had diarrhea for two days now, it started a couple of days after ovulation (or when I ovulated according to glow, not 100 % sure). According to glow AF will come in 12 days. Could this be a very early sign of pregnancy? Has anyone ever experienced this and got a BFP? There's nothing else I can think of as to why it happened, I eat fairly healthy and drink plenty throughout the day.
