So I had like 10-12 days worth of positive OPK. Got a BFN but still 6 days before missed AF only 8dpo been really dizzy and light headed my acne is clearing which never happens I have this awful pain in my right side and have been nausea so any chance I can get a BFP. Been TTC for three years
