Have sex as much as you want. Its not gonna hurt anything. It actually is healthy and makes you more prone to conceive because all the other benefits that come along...goodluck girl! Keep at it!

The longer you wait between ejaculations, the motility ⎼ or the ability of the sperm to swim and meet the egg ⎼ actually decreases. and it only takes one sperm. So I'd say your chances of pregnancy remain the same each time, you just have more chances with the more you have sex.

In MY personal OPINION, I say no there isn't such thing as too much sex. However, I guess doctors say every other day is best to let your man's sperm count build up but I've also read somewhere that that decreases the sperm's motility by letting it sit in there for too long without ejaculating. I also read somewhere that having sex everyday increases sperm motility by having healthy, fresh sperm each ejaculation- which actually makes more sense to me... I honestly don't think anybody really knows what the hell they're talking about lol the most important thing I think is just to relax & enjoy your partner & don't stress about too much-or too little sex.

I had read online that every other day is best to let the "juice" stock up again and mature. If you do it too frequently, they aren't mature enough and if you wait too long, they aren't ripe enough.

I did also see the "more often the better" as well!

There is such a thing as too much sex when you're trying to concieve! Too much sex can lower the amount or quality of sperm that is released with ejaculation. I think most doctors suggest every 2-3 days for optimal results. Good luck!!
