Anterior placenta?

I feel like before I went to the doctor and found out I have an anterior placenta I felt her kick way more. It's not as frequent or strong now. 
My doctor didn't really explain what it means though. All I know is its at the front of my stomach and in front of the baby. But that's all I know. Does anyone else have it or know more about it??

I just means your placenta is attached to the front of your belly instead of the back. If baby is kicking th placenta instead of your belly it can be more difficult to feel them move as early or as often earlier in pregnancy. It won't effect it later.

I have it too. 20 weeks tomorrow & haven't felt any kicking yet. My understanding is that it doesn't effect baby at all, just makes it harder to feel them move (because it's like a cushion between you & them) & makes hearing a heartbeat with a Doppler difficult. My OB had to use an ultrasound machine to get the heartbeat last appointment.
