A little trouble (down there)

I'm having some trouble down stairs. I think it's a yeast infection. It is swollen (a little), and only hurts when I wipe down there. I'm going to the doc, but wanted to see what y'all think? What are some remedies I can try at home? It doesn't have a funny smell to it. And it just started yesterday like out of the blue. I thought I may not have washed all the soap off from down there, but I guess that's not the case? Ugh :(

It's swollen around the pee hole (can't remember the correct terminallogy) and it hurts during sex or when I try to play with myself (swollen around that hole as well)
