Is anyone else not feeling pregnant?

I'm 7 weeks and only thing I've noticed are tender breasts. No belly or nausea. Anyone else feel this way?

This is my 4th time around. Last pregnancy that I miscarried I had super sore boobs. This time my breasts fluctuate in tenderness. Definitely nauseated A LOT! With my daughter my breasts did the same and when I hit six weeks I had morning sickness galore! It didn't let up until I was about 7 months. With my son, I didn't have morning sickness until about 8 weeks. It didn't last very long. With both surviving pregnancies I had the terrible exhaustion and I definitely feel that now as well. All pregnancies are different that is for sure! 😊

My boobs hurt, but thats it.   Honestly it just feels like when my period was about to arrive.   But that's it.   I'm glad I'm not nauseous, but since I don't have symptoms sometimes I forget I'm pregnant and a little while later I'm like oh yeah, weird.

Not everyone has symptoms this early on. Also your baby is so small that you shouldn't have a bump yet and if you do it is from bloating.

I was feeling this way (7 weeks 2 days) but just had an ultrasound this morning and saw a perfectly sized baby with a normal heartbeat! some women just don't experience extreme symptoms, my mom had 3 healthy pregnancies with no morning sickness and so far I am the same! Now after the first ultrasound I do feel more comfortable, just know it will likely be okay!

Yes.  Kinda freaks me out since my first apt isn't until 10 weeks but I'm trying to just remain calm and hope for the best.  And enjoy no side effects
