Any other lesbians ttc?

My partner and I are in the very early stages of ttc. We've got our first appointment with our gynaecologist 2nd March. If there are any other couples in the same boat id love to have someone to talk to, there is so little info for same sex couples and we feel a little swamped by it all. Hope I've posted this in the right place :)

I feel like my wife and I are almost ttc veterans. We embarked on our journey in April last year and were both doing IUI procedures at the same time. 
We have been through a lot. 
Losing two pregnancies and even having to have surgery.
We couldn't imagine how hard this is when we started. But I have my fifth IUI booked for tomorrow but better than that we have a baby on the way. 
My wife is 16 weeks along.

We have been through so much but we are so close to having the family we dreamed of. 
I wish you the strength and unity needed for the road ahead and of course a happy ending to your journey.

Hey ladies, my wife and I have been trying for almost a year now. Tried 4 times at home with no success and I just had my third iui done and this time it was medicated so now I'm in the middle of my tww hoping this time works but losing faith at this point. If this time doesn't work we are going to do ivf next cycle. We already spent so much money already and wanted to avoid the experience ivf procedure

My wife and I just had our first appointment with the fertility clinic and we'll have our first iui on the 3rd week of march. A little nervous and excited at the same time.

Me and my wife had our first IUI in July 2015. Two days before af was due I started bleeding. It lasted for two days and it was very light. I tested and a bfn. So we tried again in August. This time I felt very different, the thing that scared me the most was that I was having some puffiness and pain on my right side. I went to the doctor she examined me and said it was a possible ectopic pregnancy. :( we did an ultra sound but it came out negative. The day I noticed the swelling I pain I remember going to the bathroom and just happened to see slight pink on the tissue, I looked in the toilet and there was this small grey lump (smaller than a dime). I'm thinking it was a possible miscarriage, but idk. Two days after that I had very light bleeding, and this was three days before af was due. It was so light I didn't know what to think, I usually have heavy flows that last 5-7 days, but these two times I've had very light bleeding that lasted up to two days. After August and the scare I stopped ttc (doctor's orders) she told me to wait until my cycle regulated. So here I am on my tww :) . I had my third IUI on April 16. I'm trying not to stress about it, but the swollen and puffiness  has returned, and slight cramping. I'm still being hopeful, but I'm still worried that it might not have took. I know this was a lot,but I needed to vent. This process is so exciting yet scary at the same time. I just want a loving and healthy baby.

My wife and I are starting ivf this cycle. We tried with iui but it didn't take and we felt like we were throwing money away since insurance doesn't cover anything for us. We have been going through an re. I'd love to chat if you have any questions!
