cramps around fertile window?

do any of you ladies have cramping before, during, or after your fertile window, if so please share!

I get cramps when I'm ovulating. Sometimes only one day and some months I get cramps for a few days but there's always one day when the cramps are stronger then the other days and that's the day I ovulate.

I've been cramping and been feeling nauseous for about 3 days. The cramps come when they want and the nausea comes mainly when I'm smelling food and sometimes while I'm trying to eat.

I honestly haven't been paying enough attention to past cycles since I've stopped birth control. This is the first month I've noticed it and I think it's because I'm using opks this month and trying to pinpoint my O.

I tried researching ovulation cramps and they give so many reasons why you could be feeling cramps. From the egg maturing to it moving through the Fallopian tube .  If it's really bad pain you should have it checked out.

Im suppose to be in my fertility window but im cramping down real low and abdominal pain. Im cd 15 now but i started having this pain around cd10.
