I'm so hungry! But
What can I eat??
You guys, I'm only five weeks, and I'm finding it incredibly hard to find food that doesn't irritate my stomach or guts.
I feel like I'm turning into a gluten free vegetarian! Nothing wrong with that - but I feel unsatisfied all day!
Can I please have some recommendations of foods (or whole meals) that have helped you with your sensitive stomach?
