Changes after miscarriage - Ttc and period

Hi everyone! I had a miscarriage in Nov, I was only 7 weeks when it happened. I was wondering if anyone had trouble conceiving after having one. I know it hasn't been a long time but I got pregnant with my son the first month I tried while tracking my cycle, and the same for the miscarriage baby. No luck yet, and my periods have been very heavy with horrible cramps ever since November, they used to be moderate bleeding with little or no cramps. Anyone have advice on TTC or periods after a miscarriage being completely different than before?
