sore breasts

My breasts have been sore for over a week now! I don't think I'm pregnant because I had my full period and haven't had sex sense. The pain has been so bad that at on point I woke up with stabbing pains in both. It's seems to be getting less and less but still very tender. I check the color of my nipples on a daily basis lol last time I was pregnant that was the first indication as my one nipple changed and the other didn't. Weird I know :)
