Need Advice

Marissa
Ok so I am due June 19th and will be a FTM. My Fiance's family is planning a vacation about two hours away to a very nice/spacious and luxurious beach house. The thing is the vacation will be July 9th. Which means that if I even have baby when he is due baby will only be 3 weeks old. I really do want to go on this vacation but not sure if that's too early to be so out and about with the baby. Plus will I be still in pain that early?

Keep baby out of the sun as much as possible. Don't plan on doing much if any thing other than socializing and feeding the baby and taking care of yourself. Go and rest I am sure they will gladly help take care of the new baby just so you will go if you are up for it

I'm due around the 23rdish (they keep changing the due date on me) and my family will be coming from out of state around July 4th and want to do a lot of things, plus on July 5th family from Tiawan will be arriving from my husbands family../and they will want to do q lot of things. I'm expecting everyone to be updated on vaccines and letting them hold and cuddle her while they are visiting and if I'm feeling up to it going out with them too. I say two hours isn't that far away and as long as the family understands that you may be a little preoccupied with little one you should go :)

I ran into the same problem. My parents planned a vacation and invited us to come along. I am due June 11th and they will be leaving July 20th. I ended up telling them that it was too soon to my due date. I plan on recovering and bonding with baby for the first month or so. They completely understood! There is always next year!
