Short period. Pregnant?

So I had a 3 day period last week that came 1 day early. They are always 5 days and have never been any shorter or longer. Lately ive been feeling headachey, yesterday I had alot of dizziness! also been getting little pimples on my forehead lately. Today ive been having a pulling/fluttering type feeling in middle of tummy and also I stitch type feeling in right side of lower stomach. Dull cramps having really stopped since bleeding finished. Confused!? Should I take test? Ive heard people getting bfp after having short period (sorry this was long!)
