Concerning BPP results, please help

So I had my second biophysical profile today, I'm 31 weeks and they've just found out a week ago that her belly is measuring small, and also that her umbilical cord blood flow is elevated, which could mean she isn't getting good nutrients or oxygen. I'm very worried and want to know if any women have ever had this issue or something similar? Someone please help me, I'm so stressed, I find myself crying multiple times a day when I think about what could be wrong. I'm worried I might lose her or she won't be healthy.
