Endometriosis......freaking out!!!!

My doctor thinks I may have endomtriosis, glow forewarned me i may have been experiencing the symptoms and for once glow got it right, now I may know why I haven't been able to conceive but the pain I've been experiencing has been horrible I feel like I'm going into labor everyday for the past month or so, the irregular periods are annoying as hell, I want this pain to be over but after the surgery will I ever be able to conceive again???? I really had my heart sit on having another baby and now I don't that will ever happen
