Symptoms!?!?

Okay so before today I hadn't had many symptoms at all but so far today I have noticed sharp headaches, VERY SLEEPY, blue visible veins on my breast, my skin is very oily (I normally have crazy dry skin), and a gross medicine like taste in my mouth, and I've thrown up in my mouth twice. Also last night I had a dream I was at my baby reveal party... Do any of these make sense or sound like I'm on my way to a positive? Today has just been a strange day to say the least!
