Husband lost sex drive

I've been with my husband for 3 years now. At first our sex life was great! Over the past 6-9 months or so he has completely lost his sex drive and I will only do stuff if I initiate. We Barely have sex lately and if I ask him what's changed or if I'm doing something different he just replies with no and he just doesn't want sex. Wtf! He has cheated on me at the beginning of our relationship with an ex but since then we've gone to counseling, changed numbers, etc and our faith has grown stronger in our relationship. I'm confused and feel so unwanted and don't know what to do. Any advice or ideas on what might have happened/ is happening?
