Why won't he have sex with me?

So me and my fiancée have been together for almost year now and we had sex every single day! I mean every single day now it's every week... Two weeks... 3 weeks if I get lucky. We talked about having sex today sent a few nudes and couldn't wait to wreck me... And nothing happened!!! He's done this a few times... I asked why and he said he wants to wait till our 10 month anniversary which is 2 days from now... Am I over reacting?
