I'm 12 weeks 3 days pregnant. I felt something wet down there, figured it was discharge, wiped and saw blood. Yesterday I had what felt like a charley horse in my uterus for about 20 minutes, which started my worry. Now with the spotting, I'm scared. Can't get ahold of my doctor. I'm gonna go to the er... on my way right now. Just wondering if that's the right thing to do or if I'm overthinking. I know you guys aren't my doctor, but I'm scared.
