Advice please!!

Okay, so I am 24 weeks and am planning to move in the next couple of weeks a couple hours away. I DO NOT want to change Drs this late in my pregnancy, and I'm sure no other Dr. Will want to take me this late. And I really want to deliver at the hospital I have been planning to, but that hospital is 1.5 hours from my new house! (Its in the middle of nowhere)My worst fear is having my baby in the front seat lol.what should I do??
