Advice Please!

I am a nervous wreck! I am 8dpo and I started spotting today. My AF is not due for another 7 days and I was really hoping this was my month. Please advice if this happen to anyone before they got their BFP, or if you think I am out for this month? I would really appreciate some input. Thank you!
