I know this may be gross to some, but can someone tell me what this is? I took the Plan B pill on February 11, and today I started bleeding normally but I had such horrible cramps. Anyone have an idea??

To me that doesn't look like a normal period in anyway and it looks as if it may be a miscarriage but I could be wrong if you really want to know I'd show this picture to your doctor x

Looks like an embryo to me, which means the plan b was effective. Or it could be a regular piece of uterine lining.

Plan B causes hormone irregularity and can throw your period way out of whack. Some of the main symptoms are horrible cramps more or way less blood and even losing chunks of your uterin lining, it can even last a whole month or cause symptoms like throwing up. There is about a 10% chance that the symptoms do not affect you, and I have found I land in that percentage, although it caused my last period to be a week apart. I wouldn't worry about it, it's normal.

it's uterine lining if you had your period late it's just old and didn't liquidize it's normal if that's the case I had some today because mine was late 😁
