Help sister was raped she's 16

My sister was raped but she had no idea because she just found she was pregnant and is in shock about how she's even pregnant in the first place. 1st of all she was under the influence and that's why she doesn't remember. She is between 13-14 weeks. She wants to have an abortion but she really doesn't know what to do.
