Made it without an epidural. Really wasn't intense until I got to about 8cm but from there on your almost done! Handsome baby boy, over 8lbs and 20.5 inches! I'm 5'2 and petite. Had an epidural with my first and regretted it ever since. You can do it if you prepare mentally!
