Dr's pregnancy test VS Home pregnancy test

Yesterday I took three pregnancy tests FMU and afternoon and before I went to bed and they all said I am pregnant. And I made dr's appointment to make sure and they had me take urine test. It came back negative. I still can't believe it. I know there is up to 25% possibility to have miscarriage before 12weeks. I was so upset and they had me take blood test and the result will come back in 48hours and have to go back for another blood test to see if my hCG level stays same. I just got home and took another home pregnancy test and it still say I am pregnant. I am so confused. I don't want to get my hopes high but I desperately hope that I am really pregnant.
