I was just diagnosed with PCOS within the past week. I was put back on the depo shot to "shut my ovaries down" since I was having my period way too often and then not at all. I have many little cysts that are causing extreme pelvic pain, my hair loss is increasing as well as hair growth in many unwanted places. My mood swings are uncontrollable at the moment and so are my acne breakouts across my face, chest and back.

I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on natural remedies that I can do at home and/or just words of wisdom. I would highly appreciate everything.
