Friends with benefits?

Ive been fwb with this guy for about 4 months, he says he caught feelings but still doesn't want to be committed to me. Is that really having feelings? Plus he doesn't even make time for me, just to have sex. But he always stays after, never leaves right away. Always stays & goof around. Any help to what I should do?
