Read below and vote please

Tuesday opk test, the test line was almost or about the same color as the control line. Yesterday the test line was way darker than the control line. Could I end up pregnant if I have sex tonight? I'm just confused with opk testing and when it's a good time. Also please comment, if you know when it's a good time after testing and if this means I can get pregnant.
