Does this sound like PID?

So this whole time I'm freaking out and convinced my prenancy is ectopic. My symptoms are constant sharp pains in lower abdomen.

I was so concerned about the pain, I realized I overlooked the excess of watery clear discharge that turns yellow on my underwear when it dries. Also, slight burning sensation when I pee...BUT...I always had burning pee with my first pregnancy and never had an infection.

PID or me just being crazy😢😅😂😁
