When to have sex based on info frm glow

Question

Based on the information I have logged and received frm glow it says my chance chance on pregnancy was at 30% yesterday ... And today is like 20% . So what days is it best to try to conceive ... On and or after the days that are high percentages ... And then I also got a notification that said I was ovulating today?!?! ... Sorry ... But feeling confused.. Help

glow is completely wrong for me. I took an opk yesterday and got a positive. glow says next week even though I imputed my opk result.

Opks and bbt woukd help. The highest percentage of pregnancy would be the day to have sex for sure as that should be obvious. The two days before ovulation and ovulation day are best for trying to conceive but if you're just going by what's predicted you can go everyday thru fertile week every other day or every other day throughout the month so you don't miss it.

You should check out something called the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) it basically tells u when's the best time to have sex. To sum it up for u tho, u BD cycle day 8 and then every other day until u get a positive OPK. At that point on getting the positive u do it that day and the next 2 days (so 3 days in a row) then skip one day, then do it that day after that. Hope that makes sense, but just google it and I'm sure u'll find it.

Hey if you log regularly then Glow is fairly accurate. To get pregnant you need to ideally have sex up to 24 hours BEFORE you ovulate so the sperm are already in the right place when the egg gets released (they can survive in there for quite a long time). You can still get pregnant after you ovulate though. So best to do it the day before you ovulate AND on the day itself x
