HELP PLEASE IM SCARED

It's the third month in a row that my flow gets VERY heavy on about the third day of my period. It's very unusual, as it had never happened before. First I feel a whole bunch come out and then later when I go pee the whole toilet is red. The blood in there and when I wipe is bright bright red. The first time it happened I went to the ER and the doctors ran blood tests and told me no, I wasn't pregnant, and that they were just going to call it "unusual uterine bleeding" and my bill was pretty high. I don't have insurance so I'm scared to go back to have them tell me nothing's wrong and to get a new bill "for nothing." Any of you girls know anything about this? I'm FREAKING OUT 😭😭😭
