Blood and Urine HCG

First I think I implanted on 9 DPO. I got blood work done yesterday (11 DPO) and my HCG was 3. Last month it was <1. I got a vvvvf positive on an Internet strip with afternoon urine but my FMU gave me a negative on a FRER (11 DPO). I didn't get a positive hpt until today: Faint line on FRER and pregnant (1-2) on Clearblue digital (12 DPO). Any thoughts about what's going on. Did I test too early?

Last pregnancy I got a slightly stronger positive at 11 DPO and got blood work done the next day and it was 51. I'm currently 12 DPO. I usually have an eleven day luteal phase and expected my period today.
